An incredibly refreshing blend of 80% Verdelho and 20% Sauvignon Blanc.
Beautiful soft fruit of apple and pear on the palate leading to a crisp dry finish. This wine is the ultimate crowd-pleaser for every occasion and perfect on a hot summers day, be it by the pool or alongside a BBQ you can’t go wrong with the VerBlanc!
CELLARING Brilliant for drinking in it’s youth although can be left for 3-4 years.
FOOD A wonderful aperitif wine or perfect for a grazing platter. Being predominantly Verdelho it naturally lends itself to food, particularly spiced cured meats and soft creamy cheeses with fresh apple.
