The Calais Cuvée is made from 3 vintages of this premium wine, created in the classic Calais style of big buttery Chardonnay. A well balanced and mature wine, designed to be enjoyed now with your favourite Poultry dish.
This wine shows all the benefits of malolactic fermentation in oak with extended maturation.

This wine is drinking superbly now we suggest you enjoy with our favourite white meat dish
FOOD
Slightly richer dishes where a degree of freshness is still welcome, such as chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce. Chicken, ham or cheese based salads especially with peach, mango or macadamia nuts and mild curries.
Note: we've recently redesigned our labels, so you may receive a bottle with the previous design while we sell through existing stock. It's still the same great wine inside.
