2022 Cabernet Sauvignon
Hunter Valley, New South Wales
This stunning deep purple wine is sourced from the cooler climate of Orange. The aromas of coffee and mulberries are followed by rich wild blackberries on the front of the palate. There are hints of violets with a gentle underlying dark chocolate and earthy gentle tannin to finish.
Note: we've recently redesigned our labels, so you may receive a bottle with the previous design while we sell through existing stock. It's still the same great wine inside.
Details
Plenty of big red berry cabernet fruit entwined with good use of oak and excellent structure.
Palate is surprisingly soft for a wine with such weight, has lovely texture in the mouth and the breeding to cellar well for several years.
Pair this with beef burgers, grilled steak or lamb chops or simply just have another glass!
Great drinking now and can be cellared for 8-10+ years.
